We have a twenty-session transformational journey held in a small group of 8- 10 participants, meeting for one hour each session. The varying topics are listed below:

• John P. Kotter change process – a survival experience of walker center in times of crisis (Review case study).
• A review of Robert Quinn’s book deep change.
• Complete analysis of the case study on leadership in a time of change.
• The fundamental core values that drive our school – an interactive session.

Module 4 : Becoming A Growth-Oriented Leader

• The attitude and footprints of a growth-minded leader.
• Intentional growth adventures from humble start.
• Personal capacity development and effectiveness through a growth plan.
• Everyday personal rules for exponential growth.

Module 5 : Emergent Leadership (Induction Ceremony & Rite of Passage)
