Kofoworola Ayodele

Kofo Ayodele is a growth-focused and strategic-thinker professional with more than 19years of experience in directing sales operations, developing new business and maintaining high–value customer accounts within a fast paced environment.

Kofo has held very senior positions across various blue chip organizations (Nestle, Schneider Electric, Philips Healthcare) with the recent being the Regional Director for Abbott Rapid Diagnostics in West Africa. With a proven background in applying global operating plans, supporting product and program launches, identifying business opportunities, and building pipeline and channel partner networks. Kofo has consistently delivered double digits’ growth and grown revenue from less than $20million to more than $40million. He is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that impact lives.

He enjoys working in a matrixed environment and having lived and worked in many countries within Africa with extensive travel globally, his world view to life has strengthened his ability to relate well with others which has earned him extensive access and success in the healthcare business.

An avid reader, Kofo dedicates time to reading on a regular basis on Science, Personal Development, Finance and Religion. He is very adept at delivering talks and speeches and he has given talks at conferences with over 300 participants in attendance.

Kofo is married to Rachel and they both have a daughter named Praise. He enjoys travelling and seeking life inspiring adventures. He still has sky diving on his bucket list of activities. He enjoys playing the game of snooker in his spare time. One of his favorite quotes is “Identify your problems, but give your power and energy to solutions.” Anthony Robbins.
