Dr. Olusegun Osineye
Dr. Olusegun Osineye has been researching the subject of leadership since 1998, having read two books written by Dr. John Maxwell on Developing the leader within you and Developing the leader around you. He started occupying leadership positions since the year 2000 and has raised his bar on becoming a competent teacher on the subject of leadership since 2014.
He is the founder of two non-profit organizations: Africana Leadership Digest and School of Transformational Leadership. The two organizations were founded to provide online leadership resources and training opportunities for aspiring leaders across the continent of Africa to spur massive growth and development in the Sub-Saharan region.
Olusegun Osineye believes the most significant problem of Africa’s deplorable situation is the lack of competent leaders across all levels of social strata. Therefore, he has devoted his entire life and career to leadership development so that Africans will no longer be ignored as non-productive global citizens. He holds a doctor of ministry degree in Transformational Leadership from Boston University.
Olusegun is married to Olanrewaju and has been blessed with three wonderful children. He is a devoted Christian and pastor. He enjoys reading great books, engaging in reflective thinking, helping others to grow, executing his business ideas and watching soccer games in his spare time.
